New Building Maker cities

Today we added six new cities that can be used to model with Building Maker. They are:
  • Stockholm, Sweden
  • Nuremberg, Germany
  • Hiroshima, Japan
  • Saitama, Japan
  • Miami Beach, FL USA
  • Orlando, FL USA
Tip: There are two methods to identify available cities in Building Maker. You can either click on a placemark icon, or use the "Available locations" drop down in the upper-right corner.


If you're not familiar with Building Maker, it's a new 3D modeling tool for adding buildings to Google Earth. It's fun to use, and an easy way to get on the 3D map. Oh, and be forewarned, it can be addictive!

    does that mean that you can't model building in all cities in the world?

    I would like to request Omaha, Nebraska. It is the largest city in Nebraska and one of the largest in the midwest.

    Could someone contact me about getting the earthquake hit city of L'Aquila in central Italy into building maker - I have access to a large amount of photographic imagery/ aerial photos etc but no idea who to contact..

    I would like to add the earthquake hit city of L'Aquila in central Italy. Good 3d tools are urgently needed to help save this beautiful city from ruin.

    It would be wonderful if Southeast Asia could be brought into this project, starting with Bangkok, Thailand.
